Join us for a vibrant celebration of inclusion, diversity, and community at Pride in Cobalt 2026.

Taking place just before Northern Pride weekend in Newcastle, this family-friendly event brings everyone together for an afternoon packed with entertainment, food, activities, and of course, our annual Pride Parade around the park.
 

Parade Details:

Start time: 12pm

Start Location: Cobalt Management Office

Duration: Approx. 1 hour

Route: A tour around the park, starting and ending at Cobalt Central

We encourage all staff members to participate! Whether you want to come out and wave, join us for part of the walk, or complete the entire route, we would love to see you there.

What to Expect:
Live entertainment throughout the afternoon provided by Sunday for Sammy
Street food vendors
Local business and community stalls
Prizes, giveaways, and interactive activities
Family-friendly crafts and entertainment
Deck chairs and relaxed outdoor seating areas
This is a fun-filled event for all ages and, with the school holidays underway, families are warmly encouraged to bring little ones along and enjoy the day together.
