Volunteers Needed
As we enter a third nationwide lockdown, clinically and extremely vulnerable people are now being told to shield and stay at home.
During the first lockdown VODA set up their Good Neighbours initiative, where volunteers would help vulnerable groups by getting their shopping, utility top ups and prescriptions. The demand for this service is set to increase once again and VODA are on the hunt for some great volunteers.
Are you, Compassionate? Reliable? and willing to do your bit for the community?

VODA are also looking for volunteers to:
- Signpost and assist people attending the vaccination centres.
- Telephone befriender.
- Deliver oxymeters to North Tyneside residents.
