Network One ticket goes smarter

Network One, the travel ticket covering any bus, Metro and ferry, has been extended to include journeys from County Durham and Northumberland. This makes it easier travelling around the region using all modes of transport.

The new ticket option called 'All Zones Plus' can be bought on any mobile app of the regions main operators, this being Go North East, Stagecoach and Arriva. 

Existing Tyne and Wear Network One tickets can now also be purchased on a Pop smartcard which means you can use one smartcard for travel across the region regardless of operator.  

Arriva are now accepting express mode for Apple Pay, providing you with a safe alternative to paying for your ticket. 

This type of payment is quick and secure, just tap your apple device on the card reader without the hassle of unlocking your phone.
