Entries are starting to fill up for Cobalts first ever Sleepout in aid of North East Homeless @ The Fish Quay Hub

We are challenging you to give up your bed for just one night! Not to replicate what it is like to sleep rough but to give you a glimpse into the situation lots of people find themselves in everyday.

Bring your friends, work colleagues and family members and help us raise as much money as we can!

Its set to be a great event with music, games and giveaways.

Thanks to Dominos North Shields for kindly donating some pizzas for the night, which we will be auctioning off to raise even more money for North East Homeless.

Last Bike hub of the year!

Keep your bike in top condition for the winter months with a FREE MOT. Our friendly mechanics from Bike 4 Health will check over your bike and make minor adjustments during your working day.

Simply book your slot and drop your bike off between 8am and 10am and collect the same day. Easy!

Bike 4 Health will also be on hand for any other cycling advice, including cycling positions, route information, cycle to work scheme - you name it.
