Biodiversity Litter Pick
Time: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
To symbolise the start of the very first UK lockdown back in March 2020 and the journey we have all been on during this time North Tyneside Council are planning to create 5 memorials, one in each quarter of North Tyneside and a central one at the Silverlink Biodiversity Park.
The central memorial will be unveiled on 23rd March, remembering to the day the first lockdown.
To get the memorial site and the Biodiversity Park looking its best we need your help!
We are looking for volunteers to carry out several litter picks before the 23rd, these dates can be found below:
Wednesday 2nd March (1-hour time slots between 11 am and 2 pm)
Wednesday 16th March (1-hour time slots between 11 am and 2 pm)
Tuesday 22nd March (1-hour time slots between 11 am and 2 pm)
You can register for as many of the litter picks as you wish, all spaces are allocated on a first come first-served basis. Book your space below
