More Cobalt Card Terms & Conditions

  1. The Cobalt more card is available to current Cobalt Park employees only.
  2. The Cobalt more card remains the property of Cobalt Park. Cards must be returned to the more team or your employer upon termination of employment at Cobalt.
  3. Cobalt Park is entitled to cancel membership of any staff member at any time.
  4. Cobalt Park reserves the right to alter, amend or suspend the scheme or the terms and conditions at any time without limitation. Cobalt Park reserves the right to cancel the scheme at any time.
  5. Only the cardholder can use the card. The cardholder may not lend or sell the card to anyone else.
  6. Any offer/discount/promotion made under the scheme is for Cobalt more card holders only. Proof of identity may be required on presentation of the card.
  7. Cobalt Park will not be liable for any loss, costs, damages or claims that you may have as a result of any change in the scheme or termination of your membership.
  8. If your Cobalt more card is lost or stolen you can download the MORE Cobalt app, log into your account and start using the digital app straight away. Alternatively please contact the Cobalt more team and a new card will be issued free of charge. Cobalt Park reserve the right to charge £5 for second replacement cards issued.
  9. Cards reported as lost/stolen must be returned to the more team if found.
  10. Please refer to each individual offer for specific T&C’s.
  11. The Cobalt MORE card entitles the holder to free travel on any bus service within the Cobalt FreeZone stated boundaries. Misuse of the card could result in a fine or the card being confiscated by Cobalt Park or the bus operator supplying the service.
  12. MORE will share details off your application with your employer. Cards cannot be issued until your employer has approved your membership.
  13. MORE Cobalt cannot be held responsible for any discounts refused at the time of purchase as per the venues T&C's
