Fully funded Leadership & Development Programme

Time: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

More Cobalt is collaborating with TEDCO Business Support Ltd to launch a fully-funded Leadership and Development Programme, which be exactly what your employee needs.

You are invited to nominate your employees for the programme where they will learn about:

• Leading strategically
• Change management, culture & values
• Leading & navigating during uncertain times

The first session takes place at Cobalt Business Park on 19th September with 3 follow up online sessions. Candidates are expected to attend all 4 sessions and a certificate will be awarded at the end of the programme.
