See More in Your People: A Workshop for those lead and develop others
Time:
9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
See more in your people is a practical workshop for people who manage, lead or develop others, looking at how we can see beyond the immediate problem and have better conversations when performance slips, change is difficult or someone becomes harder to manage.
We'll look at how to recognise more of the strengths, motivation, effort and capability already there, and use that to help create movement in the things that still need to change.
Date: Friday 23rd October
Time: 9.30am - 12.30pm
Location - Cobalt Management Suite, 4 Silver Fox Way, NE27 0QJ
Ticket Price - £50
